MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the complaint to determine dischargeability filed by the debtor, Beth Ann Stucker (the “Debtor”), and the answer filed by one of her creditors, Cardinal Building Materials, Inc. (the “Creditor”). For the reasons set forth herein, the Court finds that the underlying debt has been discharged, notwithstanding the Debtor’s failure to schedule the Creditor’s claim, which is not of kind specified in 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2), (4) or (6).
