This appeal and cross-appeal arises from an action in the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District, Missoula County, Honorable Emmet Glore, Judge, presiding. Arthur Harr, one of the defendants, is seeking a review of a judgment on a verdict against him for rent due under a lease and of a judgment by way of indemnity ordering him to pay attorney’s fees to the other defendant, H.
