CADY, Justice.
This lawyer disciplinary proceeding requires us to review a recommendation by a division of the Grievance Commission that the license of Michael W. Fay to practice law in Iowa be suspended for a period of thirty days for his involvement in a business transaction with a client in violation of DR 6-104(A) and DR 1-102(A)(5) and (6). On de novo review, we concur with the recommendation of the commission.
