WILLSON, District Judge.

This civil action came before this Court on defendants’ Motion To Dismiss The Complaint and on plaintiffs’ Motion For Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction. Counsel have been heard at oral argument, and the briefs have been considered.

This Court is of the opinion that the Motion To Dismiss must be granted on the ground that the complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. The plaintiffs are five members of Local 1211 asserting that they bring this action as a class action individually and on behalf of 2600 other persons similarly…
