Defendants Wrenn and Banky were indicted on charges related to the possession and manufacture of controlled substances. Both defendants moved to suppress all evidence seized as a result of a warrantless search of a mobile home in which they were staying. The trial court granted defendants’ motions in part, and the state now appeals that order. ORS 138.060(3). We affirm.
