MEMORANDUM
ECHOLS, District Judge.
Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion to Reconsider, to which Defendants American Healthcorp, Inc. (“AHC”) and Dia betes Treatment Centers of America, Inc. (“DTCA”) have responded. For the reasons stated herein, Plaintiffs Motion to Reconsider is hereby GRANTED.
