The state brought this action to challenge the *702validity of the annexation of certain lands to the school district-territory of the board of education of the city of Humboldt, and to oust the board from the exercise of official powers over the territory involved, and to enjoin the levy and collection of school taxes pursuant to such questioned annexation.
