This matter is before the court on the motion of defendant F. Calvin Bigler, M.D. (“Dr. Bigler”), for summary judgment (Doc. #52), on the motion of defendant Lauren Welch, M.D. (“Dr. Welch”), for partial summary judgment (Doc. # 50), and on the motion of plaintiff to designate an additional standard of care expert (Doc. # 57).
