THIS IS a Chapter 7 liquidation case and the matter under consideration is a Complaint filed by the Plaintiffs, David E. Kimmle and Robert B. Morris, II, as personal representative of the estate of Charles Richard Kimmle (Plaintiffs), which seeks a determination that certain debts allegedly owed by Robert B.
