I. INTRODUCTION
The above captioned adversary proceeding was filed on January 2, 1985. The original complaint seeks a determination that certain debts owed by Myron Snyder (“Snyder” or the “Debtor”) to the plaintiffs are nondischargeable pursuant to sections 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code. The complaint is predicated upon a complicated series of events, including the 1978 bankruptcy of the Paul G.
