MEMORANDUM

SURRICK, District Judge.

Presently before the Court is Defendants’ Motion for Reconsideration. (ECF No. 50.) For the following reasons, Defendants’ Motion will be denied.

1. BACKGROUND

This is an action for race discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000a et seq., 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”), 43 Pa. Cons.Stat. § 951 et seq.
