Defendants Elizabeth Lieberman and Harold Lieberman move for an order quashing deposition subpoenas duces tecum served by plaintiff on 12 nonparty institutions, primarily banks, for records relating to defendants or members of their family, or in the alternative, limiting the scope of the subpoenas, on the grounds that the records sought are (a) not relevant to the pending action, and (b) threaten the privacy interests of defendants.
