Appellant was charged, with four others, with the crime of murder in the first degree, while engaged in, and in withdrawing from the scene .of, a robbery. The information charges that the actual killing was ■ done by a certain two of the defendants therein named, and that the appellant and two others, while wilfully and feloniously engaged with all and each of the persons so charged, did, though not actually present at the shooting, wilfully and feloniously aid and abet the actual killers in causing the death of the 'murdered man.
