Ed Johnson and wife, Sue Johnson, perfected this appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment rendered in their libel action against Southwestern Newspapers Corporation, d/b/a Amarillo Globe Times, d/b/a Amarillo Daily News, d/b/a Amarillo Sunday News Globe, and Jim Lexa, a sportswriter for the Amarillo Daily News.
