Plaintiff recovered a $29,000 jury verdict in this automobile negligence case, which was set aside and a new trial granted on defendant’s motion alleging that the verdict was against the great weight of the evidence, was grossly excessive, and was arrived at by speculation and conjecture rather than by reference to the evidence and the trial court’s charge.
