This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the defendants in a personal injury action brought as a result of two separate automobile collisions in which the car in which plaintiff was riding was struck from the rear. Plaintiff sued both drivers in the same suit, with no apparent objection by either defendant.
