SUMMARY ORDER

Defendants-appellants William Lee and Eric T. Schneiderman appeal the decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Wood, J.) granting plaintiff-appellee Bledar Haxhia’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act (“AEDPA”).
