MOLLISON, Judge:
Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was found guilty of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, unauthorized absence, wrongful use of marijuana, simple arson, and aggravated assault in violation of Articles 81, 86, 112a, 126 and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 886, 912a, 926, 928, respectively. A general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone sentenced the appellant to confinement for 10 months, total forfeitures, and a bad-conduct discharge.
