This appeal is brought by The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., Coca-Cola Bottling Company of North Texas, Ouachita Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Inc., Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Shreveport, Paris Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Inc., and Sulphur Springs Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Inc.
