Kubala Public Adjusters, Inc., d/b/a Ku-bala and Company, John H. Kubala, Thomas A. Ross, Deborah Humble, Richard Poloski, and Mike Connaughton (collectively, “Kubala”) appeal a permanent injunction prohibiting them from performing certain practices related to their public insurance adjusting business. The basis for the injunction is that such practices constitute the unauthorized practice of law.
