MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) brought this action against sixteen defendants associated with Midwest Federal Savings and Loan Association (Midwest). The RTC asserts claims of breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, gross negligence and unjust enrichment against the defendant directors and officers. Various defendants have raised affirmative defenses. Now before the court are motions by the RTC to strike affirmative defenses of defendants John J. Kenna, Thomas P.
