Jane Stowell Mason, Mary Stowell Waitt, and Elizabeth K. Stowell (the beneficiaries) appeal and Rand N. StoweE cross-appeals from a judgment of the Cumberland County Probate Court (Childs, J.) aEowing in part and disaEowing in part an award of attorney fees to the beneficiaries.
