1Opinion of the CourtPetrie, C.J.

Chester Louderback collapsed and died at work on December 10, 1971. His widow filed a claim with the Department of Labor and Industries for benefits payable under the workmen’s compensation act. The department denied her claim, and the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals affirmed the department’s action. The Superior Court for Grays Harbor County dismissed Mrs. Louderback’s subsequent appeal on the ground that she failed to present substantial evidence to prove her husband sustained an injury in the course of his employment with ITT Rayonier, Inc.
