Riley, Judge:

The Charleston Transit Company, a corporation, prosecutes this writ of error to a judgment of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County refusing a writ of error to a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of said county entered on a seven thousand dollar jury verdict, on the ground that the judgment of said Court of Com-. mon Pleas was plainly .right.
