This case involves an automobile accident which occurred on January 17,1958, near the Town of Decota in Cabin Creek District, Kanawha County, West Virginia. An action was instituted by the plaintiff, Morris Leftwich, against the defendants, Wesco Corporation, a Corporation, and John M. Murray, in the Court of Common Pleas of Kanawha County, West Virginia, was tried in said Court on October 7, 8, 9, 1958, and resulted in a jury verdict in the amount of $10,000.00 for the plaintiff.
