Affirming in part, reversing in part.

Appeal from a judgment sustaining special demurrers of Union defendants and general demurrer of defendant Cross & Son, Inc., employer, to Jackson’s petition. The first were the International Union of Operating Engineers affiliated with A. F. of L., and members thereof, and its Local Union No. 181, and members, by and through J. E.
