Robertson, filed this appeal seeking reversal of a judgment by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas convicting him of a number of criminal charges as outlined more fully below. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part and reverse in part.

{¶ 2} Appellant was indicted by the Franklin County Grand Jury on 20 counts. In summary, the indictment charged:

Count 1 — Aggravated robbery with a firearm specification.
