A grand jury indicted the defendant-appellant, Qwauntico Ross (“Ross”), and his co-defendant, Benjamin Sturgis (“Stur-gis”). Ross was charged with Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony; Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited (“PFBPP”); Possession of Ammunition by a Person Prohibited; Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute; Possession of Marijuana Within 300 Feet of a Park; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Maintaining a Dwelling for Keeping Controlled Substances.
