In this appeal from the Superior Court we address the scope of the Delaware Deceptive Trade Practices Act (“DTPA” or the “Act”), 6 Del.C. § 2531 et seq. Plaintiff, Grand Ventures, Inc. (“Grand Ventures”), appeals the denial of its post-trial motion for treble damages and attorney fees under the Act, while defendant-appellee Holcomb & Salter Insurance Agency (“Holcomb & Salter”) cross-appeals the denial of its motion for a new trial.
