The complaint in this action in the Superior Court expressed in four different ways the plaintiff’s dissatisfaction with a used truck which he had purchased from the defendant. Count one was for breach of contract; count two was for fraud; count three alleged a violation of G. L. c. 90, § 7N, as appearing in St. 1979, c. 761, § 3; and count four sought treble damages and an attorney’s fee under G. L. c. 93A, § 11, as amended through St. 1979, c. 72, § 2.
