Anthony Green was tried by jury and was found guilty of aggravated assault in connection with the shooting of Anthony Gunter in Philadelphia on October 14, 1988.1 The same jury found him not guilty of possessing an instrument of crime. Post-verdict motions were denied, and Green was sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment for not less than five (5) years nor more than ten (10) years.
