SNEED, Circuit Judge:
Triangle Mining Co. (Triangle) appeals from the district court’s award of summary judgment against it and in favor of Stauf-fer Chemical Co. (Stauffer) and from the district court’s denial of a motion in limine. The district court had jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332. This court has jurisdiction over Triangle’s timely appeal under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We affirm.
