Petitioner Aramjit Singh, a native and citizen of India, seeks review of the denial of his application for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT) and the denial of his application for adjustment of status under 8 U.S.C. § 1255®. The Immigration Judge (IJ) found that he was statutorily ineligible for adjustment of status because he was inadmissible pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1182(a)(6)(C)® for having made misrepresentations of material fact.
