Petitioner Jaezef Adward Diab (“Petitioner”) seeks review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ (“BIA”) decision to affirm the Immigration Judge’s (“IJ”) denial of his petition for relief from removal, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). 1 Finding Petitioner has neither established past persecution based on a protected category, nor a well-founded fear of future persecution, we affirm.
