1. . It is manifest, we think, from a review of the facts set out in the record, that the motion in arrest of judgment is without merit.' The foregoing statement of facts, verified by the bill of exceptions, shows plainly that the Hilton & Dodge Lumber Company was completely eliminated from the case, and that its attempted reappearance, after the verdict and judgment rendered, not against it, but against the other defendant, is not for the purpose of correcting any error committed against it, or any injury suffered by it, but simply for the extremely…
