DECISION AND ORDER

STADTMUELLER, District Judge.

This criminal case comes before the court on several pretrial motions filed by a number of the defendants. They have moved to dismiss the charges, contending that the statute under which they have been charged is unconstitutional. 1 They have also moved for a bill of particulars, including a notice of intent to use evidence, and a jury trial. Each of the motions is now fully briefed 2 and ready for disposition.
