Defendants-appellants Wanda Díaz-Pérez and Vanessa de la Cruz-Paulino (collectively, “defendants”) appeal their convictions for aiding and abetting each other and others in the unlawful possession of, with intent to distribute, approximately eighty kilograms of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. Díaz-Pérez also appeals her conviction for using a communications facility on six separate occasions to facilitate the distribution of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b).
