OPINION
HORN, Judge.
Petitioner filed a timely petition seeking compensation pursuant to the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1, et seq. (2006) (the Vaccine Act). Petitioner alleges that she suffered various injuries as a result of a series of Hepatitis B vaccinations received on April 1, 1997, May 6, 1997, and October 28, 1997.
