This matter arises out of a claim filed by Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb Incorporated (“Lehman Brothers”) and the objection of the Debtor, Good Hope Industries, Inc. (“Good Hope”) to same. In preparation for trial on the disputed claim, Lehman Brothers seeks to take the depositions of John R. Stanley (“Stanley”) and a witness to be designated by Good Hope, in Boston, Massachusetts.
