This is an appeal from a judgment for the plaintiff, Horace Mann Insurance Company (hereafter insurer), in the amount of $10,110.44 entered January 5, 1977, against the defendant-appellant, Wauwatosa Board of Education, (hereafter Board of Education) for the expense of defending an action brought against a member of the Wisconsin Education Association (WEA) and another action brought against two members of the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP).
