Plaintiff Floridalma Escobar brought suit against her former employer alleging that she was discriminated against on the basis of sex, race, and reprisal in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (“Title VII”), and the Minnesota Human Rights Act (“MHRA”), and on the basis of race, color, and national origin in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
