I. RELEVANT FACTS.1

On September 13, 2006, Ms. Peggy Johnson (“Plaintiff”) and the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) entered into an agreement (the “Settlement Agreement”) to resolve claims that Plaintiff submitted to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”).
