OPINION ON REHEARING EN BANC*

KEENAN, J.

Kenneth Wayne Speight was convicted in a bench trial of grand larceny and distribution of heroin. He was sentenced to a term of ten years imprisonment with five years suspended for the grand larceny conviction, and to a term of twelve years with five years suspended on the distribution of heroin conviction. The issues presented in this appeal are: (1) whether the evidence was sufficient to support the grand larceny conviction; and (2) whether the evidence was sufficient to prove that the substance analyzed as heroin was purchased from Speight.1…
