This suit arises from a dispute between Plaintiff Judith Matos and Defendants Lorillard Tobacco Company Group Disability Insurance Plan and Continental Casualty Company regarding Defendants’ termination of Plaintiffs long-term disability income benefits on January 13, 2003. This case is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. # 18] and Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment or, alternatively, Defendants’ Merit Brief [Doc. # 22].
