¶ 1. Defendant appeals the denial of her motion to suppress evidence that ultimately led to her driving-under-the-influence (DUI) processing. We affirm.
¶ 2. On January 22, 2014 at about 6:30 p.m., the Vermont State Police received a tip from an identified caller about the erratic operation of a motor vehicle in the Town of Bethel. The caller provided the vehicle’s license plate number, which the State Police used to identify the registered owner and her address.
