This is an action for declaratory judgment involving charges made by defendant that plaintiff is infringing its patent. 1 Plaintiff, Remington Rand, Inc., is a Delaware corporation with an office and place of business at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Defendant, Knapp-Monarch Company, is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at St. Louis, Missouri.
