OPINION BY SENIOR JUSTICE CHARLES S. RUSSELL
This is an appeal by an attorney from an award of sanctions against him arising out of his efforts to collect fees and costs from a client. We affirm the award.

In November of 2008, Eileen Flynn (the "client") entered into a written "representation agreement" with Plofchan & Associates, later known as Westlake Legal Group, a law firm practicing in Loudoun County (the "attorney"), for legal services to be rendered to her in a domestic relations case.
