This is a reciprocal disciplinary proceeding resulting from Obie Pinckney, Jr.’s indefinite suspension from the practice of law in Maryland for commingling and other violations of the Rules of Practice in that jurisdiction. In its Report and Recommendation, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, the Board on Professional Responsibility has proposed that Pinckney, who is also a *1070member of our Bar, be suspended from practice in the District of Columbia for one year, with a requirement that he demonstrate fitness before reinstatement.
