JOHN L. PETERSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
The issue presented in this adversary proceeding is whether the Debtors/Defendants obligation to the Plaintiff Commodity Credit Corporation (hereinafter “CCC”) is subject to the Order of Discharge, or whether such debt is treated as an exception to discharge under Sections 523(a)(2)(B) and/or 523(a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code. After trial of this matter the Court finds as follows:
