This matter comes before the Court on the complaint of AVCO Financial Services, Inc. (“AVCO”) for determination of the discharge-ability of a debt owed to it by Everette Abdul’Faruq and Shawna Abdul’Faruq (the “Abdul’Faruqs”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B). This is a core proceeding, over which this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(b)(2)(I) and 1334. Venue is proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1409.
